Ethan Rooney

Ethan has worked his entire career in the medical device industry, primarily in clinical operations. His understanding is enhanced by having performed a range of duties from an entry level clinical professional to a global clinical study manager. Additionally, Ethan has served in several other capacities including, quality, market development, and physician relations. Ethan is a Certified Clinical Research Professional, with a proven track record of successful clinical trial management and extensive experience in both physician-initiated and corporate sponsored outcomes research. He has a personal passion for training clinical teams to be both technically and clinically competent, empowering them to meet and exceed project milestones. Ethan has a BS in Biology/Biomedical Science from University of Wisconsin La Crosse and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Ryan Wilson
Managing Consultant & Co-Founder

Ryan started his clinical career as a part-time job in the summer between undergrad and medical school. During this time, he discovered a true passion for clinical trials and medical devices and has worked his entire career in the industry. Ryan has worked for both small and large medical device companies and has direct experience managing over twenty studies. Ryan obtained three majors from the University of Minnesota in Chemistry, Biology and Physiology, and has his MBA with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management. This comprehensive knowledge of science combined with his business skills lend well to his leadership and ability to instill his results-based values in those around him.
